Cardington is situated amongst the South Shropshire hills and dales,
about 4 miles to the east of Church Stretton, behind Caer Caradoc.

From Shrewsbury:

Take the A49 southwards, turn left in Leebotwood (signed Cardington) and continue to follow Cardington signs for about 3 1/2 miles.

Take the A49 northwards to Church Stretton, turn right at the traffic lights onto the B4371 towards Much Wenlock. After about 2 1/2 miles, just before Wall Bank, turn left (signed Cardington) and continue to follow Cardington signs for about 1 1/2 miles.

From Much Wenlock:

Take the B4371 towards Church Stretton, along Wenlock Edge. At Longville in the Dale, turn right on the bend just before the Longville Arms (signed Cardington), then in 1/2 mile left at the cross roads and continue to follow Cardington signs for about 2 miles.
